My journey into arcade repair began in 2005 while working as a ride attendant at Jake’s Unlimited (formerly Amazing Jake’s) in Mesa, AZ. I earned the opportunity to become a game attendant, and from the moment I repaired my first pinball machine, I knew this was more than just a job—it was my calling.
With over 14 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked extensively in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry, specializing in arcade games, laser tag equipment, bowling pinsetters, and cashless payment systems.

I founded Arcade Medic LLC with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, reliable arcade repair services to businesses and homeowners alike. We specifically focus on smaller FECs that lack an in-house technical team, offering them “Big Chain” expertise with boutique service.
Over the years, my dedication and problem-solving skills earned me the nickname “The Game Whisperer.” Today, that intuition is applied to every joystick, button, and digital sensor we touch.
